In the meeting, Liz will personalize recommendations for you and your needs.
Whether you’re renovating an existing home and property or considering building a new home with beautiful outdoor spaces, Liz will share insights about what to consider and anticipate as you go. She can:
Walk you through the many facets of the design and planning process.
Help you to establish priorities and determine the right approach for your property, with design, budget and timing in mind.
Help you to establish a realistic budgeting ranges for design and installation, so you can prioritize and plan.
Answer your pressing landscape questions including: materials recommendations for paving, walls and fencing, furniture and planter suggestions, planting concepts and ideas.
Help you to select design concepts that are in sync with the character of the site, the architecture of your home and your personal design preferences.
Establish short and long-term plans, so you can begin to take action and mark progress.
Provide recommendations for other design consultants, trusted contractors and maintenance professionals who can assist you with your home and property needs.
After your meeting, you'll receive a high-level summary of information discussed, with hand sketches, recommendations, and a clear list of next steps to refer to.

Who is Liz?
Liz Pulver specializes in creating thoughtful, site-responsive outdoor spaces that honor each property's unique character. Growing up in the beautiful Hudson River Valley, she was shaped by wide open, natural vistas, and days spent playing outdoors. Her design philosophy centers on reading the landscape and listening to what it reveals. She creates cohesive spaces where the house and garden work in harmony, drawing people out into nature.
Based in Brooklyn, Liz brings both creativity and practicality to her work. She's known for her ability to customize each project to the site and client's goals, designing comfortable, inviting outdoor spaces that flow naturally with the property and environment. Whether working on country estates or urban rooftop gardens, she approaches every project with the same attentiveness, collaborating closely with clients and design teams to create beautiful spaces people want to spend time in.
Liz has been guiding residential clients through the journey of design, planning, budgeting, construction and planting for over 25 years. She's licensed in New York State, Connecticut and California and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). She's been recognized in Architectural Digest Magazine, Luxe Magazine and others.
